The construction site at 455 René-Lévesque is progressing quickly! Built for GWL Realty Advisors Inc., this major complex combines housing and commercial spaces in two towers of 35 and 45 floors connected by a podium. Located in Montreal's prestigious business center, the project contributes to the enhancement of the district's history through the restoration of the remains of the famous Collège Sainte-Marie and the conservation of the views towards the Gesù church.
