Out of 30 proposals, our team composed of Pelletier de fontenay, Bureau Bas Smets with WAA Montreal, NEUF architect(e)s, Latéral s.e.n.c and WSP is chosen as one of the 5 finalists to present during Spring 2018. WAA Montréal, NEUF architect(e)s, Latéral s.e.n.c et WSP join them for the second phase of the competition.
