launch of the Lachine Canal 4.0 project

Last week, NEUF attended the launch of the Lachine Canal 4.0 project. This initiative aims to transform the industrial corridor that runs through the LaSalle, Lachine and Southwest boroughs. NEUF has been working with Fahey to revitalize the Seagram’s Corporation distillery into a mixed-use project that focuses on integrating the exterior spaces into community life while respecting the site's rich industrial heritage.
