The jury agrees with the choice made by the consultative committee for the universal accessibility. It recognizes the particular effort made in this sense on the Tour Aimia project.
Client and architect went further the barrier-free path design and restrictions imposed by the building Code, and really thought about universal access: common access for all, special attention to the logic of trajectories and fluidity, good control of light, direct access to the metro, generous reception area, etc.
