Our partner Cadillac Fairview plans a West Island "downtown"

We were pleased to see one of our major projects for Cadillac Fairview highlighted in different media over the weekend. The Montreal Gazette, Global News, CJAD and CTV News had segments highlighting Cadillac Fairview’s proposed development in the City of Pointe-Claire, with the ambition of creating a new downtown core for the West Island.  Revitalizing the existing Fairview shopping center by adding office towers, retail, hotel, rental, seniors’ and condominium residences on a 20-hectare site in close proximity to the future REM line. The multi-phase mixed-use development will contribute to the attractiveness and densification of this sector of the island of Montreal. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2021.
