FBO Terminal

FBO Terminal

As part of the redevelopment of the Montreal Metropolitan Airport (formerly YHU, now renamed MET), JB Aviation Services aims to modernize and transform a site deeply rooted in Montreal's rich aviation history. Founded in 1928, the Saint-Hubert airport has witnessed significant milestones, such as the docking of the R-100 airship in 1930, and is now setting its sights on the future.

This new 141,000 sq. ft. complex will feature a premium private terminal, administrative offices, and a large hangar space. It will offer logistics management services for business aviation and air shuttles dedicated to workers in the mining sectors across Quebec and Canada.

The architectural approach integrates both functional and sustainable solutions to create an environment tailored to the specific needs of corporate and private clients. By reimagining the customer experience through thoughtfully designed infrastructures, each space is conceived to optimize comfort, efficiency, and service flow. With this ambitious vision, the project has the full potential to become a new and essential gateway to Montreal.
