The architectural language - deliberately restrained – borrows heavily from the industrial sector. The volumes are simple and generous, their implementation respectful of the urban fabric. Particular care was given to the design of the facades, as well as to the choice and use of materials.
External interventions include the creation of new openings on the north façade, and the development of parking areas. The interior interventions include the addition of recreational spaces, the integration of acoustic walls, and a revised color palette.
