OTL Gouverneur Sherbrooke 

Located in downtown Sherbrooke, the OTL Gouverneur was renovated by our team in 2018. One of the biggest challenges of the project was to preserve its branding, keeping it recognizable across multiple branches like Sainte-Foy, Chicoutimi, Sept-Îles and Rimouski.

Our intervention was largely to the common spaces: the reception hall, restaurant, and wellness area. The interior was completely refurnished, and the façade re-clad with new stones and metalsiding. The addition of a canopy and a double height glazed volume made the entrance lighter and increased its visibility.
