The highlight is the Youville maintenance workshop (Saint-Laurent borough) which came with the acquisition of the new MPM-10 (Azur) metro cars in 2013. This project has several parts: renovation and enlargement of the workshops, extension of STM offices and construction of a train washer.
Other built projects include the construction of maintenance workshops within various existing sites (Jarry, Côte-Vertu, Honoré-Beaugrand) and the upgrade to the Snowdon station platforms as part of a universal accessibility project implemented across the entire network.
