The project combines individual and shared offices with technical areas such as refrigeration facilitie, shipping and receiving docks. The use of BIM throughout the development process made it possible to manage the coordination of programs, enriching each with specialized expertise. Meetings with clients and users were instrumental for collecting the functional and organizational needs of the various sectors during the development of plans and specifications.
Several urban analyses were conducted to study the characteristics of the site and its surroundings. The main roads were identified and integrated into the management of new circulation and access to the hub, both for the movements of employees and for that of goods. Pedestrian and cycle routes were also studied, as were public transit routes, green spaces and the population density and usage of the neighbourhood.
